You can afford to live in Arizona.

Arizona boasts some of the lowest property taxes in the country. In fact, our property tax rate is almost half the national average. Home prices are also below national averages, meaning your family’s housing dollar goes a lot further in Arizona than it does in many other places.

There are good jobs in Arizona.

Hey, we need workers! According to the FDIC, Arizona job growth has outpaced the national averages. In other words, we’re booming! Good jobs, too. Everything from construction to computers to health care is growing. You can have a great career here in Arizona!

You will absolutely love the weather.

Vampires beware! Famous for its “dry heat”, Arizona averages over 300 warm, sunny days a year. Without the stifling discomfort of “muggy” humid air. Nobody here marvels that it’s nice outside, because it’s always nice outside. Sell your snow shovel and donate your winter jackets – you won’t need them anymore.

Arizona is a great place to raise your kids.
