We promote our listings on hundreds of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow.com, and RE/MAX.com, the most-viewed real estate website around the world. We promote each listing to over 150,000 agents locally, nationally, and internationally.
We are active on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We are using these platforms to promote listings for our sellers as well as quickly identify properties for our buyers.
We also use the Internet to immediately identify properties that meet the requirements of our buyers.
What other types of proactive marketing do you do?
We create high-end mailers that are personalized for a targeted audience.
We invest time on a daily basis doing high-impact telephone marketing to realtors and potential buyers most likely to be interested in your property. We include broker tours and open houses as part of our marketing strategy.
